System diagram see Annex 1, the output of the fuel cell to 600V DC bus through two stage boost, the procurement of the DCDC converter as the first fuel cell output voltage range, the low pressure side of 24-50VDC, high side 170-230VDC, as the low voltage side of constant current control in actual use. The high voltage side is connected to the low voltage side of another DCDC converter and the other DCDC (party a product) does the low voltage side constant pressure control (setting the constant voltage value 200V).

2.2 technical requirement

2, the voltage range of low voltage side: 24-50VDC;
3, the voltage range of high voltage side: 170-230VDC;
4. Maximum DC voltage ratio: high voltage voltage: low voltage voltage 10:1
5. The precision of DC voltage stabilizing: 1%;

8. Conversion efficiency: input 100V, output 200V 95%
Fuel cell can only output power one way, and can not absorb energy. The open circuit voltage is 45V, and the output voltage will decrease with the increase of output power. When the output voltage is 27V, the maximum power 2KW can be output.
Due to the above characteristics of the fuel, the DCDC converter provided by Party B has the following performance:
A, B DCDC converter as the first fuel cell voltage equipment, stable voltage instability in low voltage side of the case, the working mode for low-voltage constant current and voltage range of the low side 24-50VDC, high side voltage range is 170-230VDC, the low voltage side of the high voltage side is connected to another DCDC converter and another DCDC (Party A) do low side pressure control (constant pressure set value 200V), change the output with how much the first level DCDC output energy, so as to maintain the low voltage side voltage of 200V.
Two, because the fuel cell can't absorb energy, the DCDC converter of the second party can only output the energy from the low-voltage side high voltage side under the selected control mode, so it can't transmit energy in reverse direction.
Three, because the filter capacitor capacity of Party B is only 100uF, after inquiry of fuel cell manufacturers, no additional precharge system is required by Party B's products.
Party B's DCDC converter needs to be able to meet the requirements at the site.
